ㅇ Jeju purple sweet potato tarts are made from purple sweet potatoes from Jeju province.

ㅇ Purple sweet potatoes was made from cross breeding the wild 'Yamakawa Murasaki' from Japan and 'Gunmi' sweet potato developed by the Rural development administration in Korea.

ㅇ The purple sweet potato are rich in antosia, catorin and vitamins making them an excellent food for fighting cancer and night blindness.

ㅇ It's also well known to be able to comabt fatigue and aging, breaking down fat and preventing various other diseases.
