We started to produce low synerisis Agar from 1996.

Low synerisis is a very important factor to manufacture a Deluxe style jelly cake. Low synerisis Agar maintains the proper gel strength and cleanliness because there isn't any moisture on the surface of the jelly cake.

We only use well selected Gelidium in the process.

We recommend you to try our Agar. You will find outstanding differences from the other Agar that are made from cheap material such as gracilaria, ahnfeltia.
